    How do I know you are legitimate?

    Ask for the Texas licence number and check it. Ask for a firm price on the phone. A locksmith who will not give you either is telling you something. Our licence number will be posted on this website the day it is issued.

    What do you need before letting me in?

    Proof you are entitled to be there — ID matching the address, a lease, a bill, or vehicle registration for a car. It is a legal requirement and it is also the thing protecting your home from someone else calling us about it.

    Are you available at night and on weekends?

    Round-the-clock availability is planned from launch, because that is when most lockouts happen. Until our licence is issued we are not performing service calls, but you can still reach us to ask questions or get on the schedule.
